Team introduction
The Innovation Team for Intelligent equipment technology of Dalian University of Technology is one of the main scientific research teams of the National Collaborative Innovation Center for Major Equipment Manufacturing (Liaoning) and the core team of the key laboratory of digital design and intelligent equipment technology in Liaoning Province. In 2018, it was selected as a high-level innovation and entrepreneurship team of the "Liaoning Talents Program" in Liaoning Province. The research fields of the team include high-end fastener development, assembly process design and precise control, testing and process equipment development, manufacturing process management, intelligent operation and maintenance, industrial Internet, etc. The relevant achievements have been widely applied in aerospace, engineering machinery, energy equipment and other fields, supporting the smooth implementation of a number of national major projects.

Professor Sun Wei: doctoral supervisor. He is currently the secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Mechanical Engineering of Dalian University of Technology, and the deputy director of the National Collaborative Innovation Center - Major Equipment Manufacturing (Liaoning). He has been funded by the Ministry of Education's "New Century Excellent Talents Support Program". He is the leader of the high-level innovation and entrepreneurship team of the Xingliao Talents Program, and also serves as the deputy director of the Precision Assembly Committee of the China Machinery Production Engineering Society, the editorial board member of the Journal of Mechanical Engineering, etc. He has long been engaged in research in the fields of high-performance and digital assembly, multidisciplinary collaborative design, etc., and has successively presided over more than 30 projects such as 973, 863, and NSFC key projects. Relevant research achievements have won one first prize of Liaoning Province Science and Technology Progress Award, one first prize of Ministry of Education Science and Technology Progress Award, two first prizes of Shanxi Province Science and Technology Progress Award, and one first prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress Award. In recent five years, more than 70 academic papers have been published, and more than 60 papers have been included in SCI/EI. It has been granted more than 20 national invention patents and more than 10 software copyrights. |

Team research direction
The research fields of the team include high-end fastener development, assembly process design and precise control, testing and process equipment development, manufacturing process management, intelligent operation and maintenance and industrial Internet, etc. It has been approved more than 10 key projects/topics, including two machine special projects, key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, key research and development projects, and 973 Program projects, and has undertaken more than 30 million yuan of scientific research funds. It has won the first prize of Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award The first prize of the Ministry of Education Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of Shanxi Province Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress Award and other provincial and ministerial science and technology awards.
1. Development of high-end fasteners
The smart bolt based on piezoelectric sensor and fiber grating sensor is developed, and the test error of preload is less than 1%; The anti loose pipe joint is developed and applied to the overload protection device of hydropower equipment; A new type of locking bolt and nut is developed. Compared with high-strength self-locking nut, the locking performance is improved by more than 50%.
2. Fastening structure and process design software
We independently developed the connection structure design and verification software based on VDI2230, and developed the assembly accuracy prediction software to solve the problems of unstable assembly quality and low one-time assembly success rate of China's aeroengine rotors, improve the assembly efficiency, and significantly reduce the production cost.
3. Multi channel preload test system
A multi-channel preload testing system has been developed. According to the measurement of professional institutions, the preload testing deviation is less than ± 1%, and the testing accuracy is better than that of similar testing systems at home and abroad.
4. Intelligent tightening process equipment
A visualized and intelligent tightening device for deep cavity nuts of aero engine rotor is developed, which can realize intelligent detection of tightening state.
5. Intelligent operation and maintenance and industrial Internet technology
The industrial Internet cloud platform architecture has been developed, the remote operation and maintenance platform of stacker reclaimer and the intelligent diagnosis system of wind turbine operating conditions have been established, which have been applied in rail transit, heavy machinery and other fields.
