Professor Peng Yong: He is currently the vice president of the School of Water Conservancy Engineering of Dalian University of Technology and doctoral supervisor, and also serves as the review expert of National Natural Science Foundation projects, the review expert of national key research and development programs, the director of Dalian Meteorological Society, the editorial board member of the domestic core journals "South to North Water Transfer and Water Conservancy Technology", and the reviewer of high-level journals at home and abroad, such as J HYDROL, J WATER RES PL-ASCE, Journal of Water Conservancy, etc. As a project evaluation expert in the expert pool of China International Engineering Consulting Company under the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, he has participated in the consulting work of many large domestic water conservancy projects. Associate Professor Xin Zhuohang: He has been engaged in the research on the monitoring, treatment and restoration of the water environment in the basin coastal zone for a long time. As the project leader, he presided over 1 National Natural Science Foundation, 2 sub projects of national key R&D programs and nearly 10 provincial and municipal projects.
Professor Liu Haixing: presided over the research work of many NSFC Youth Excellence Program, General Program and Youth Program. The main research directions are the safe operation of urban water transmission and distribution network, urban waterlogging prevention and disaster reduction management, and urban water resources optimization.

Associate Professor Yu Bing: mainly studies the new policy of water resources management oriented to "water saving first and space balance", carries out innovative work in the research fields of fine allocation of urban multiple water sources, water price system and water rights trading, puts forward the concept and technology of water-saving management and fine allocation of water resources in the whole chain, and uses the knowledge of management science and information science to solve the problems of water resources management.
Team R&D direction
The team has strong research ability and technical level, and the core members are responsible for six research directions, including climate change and hydrological response, disaster prevention and mitigation and decision support, big data driven basin simulation, urban intelligent water supply and drainage system, estuarine environmental monitoring and ecological restoration, and intelligent integrated water resource control. Team research achievements and application fields
The team has undertaken more than 140 scientific research projects (more than 10 projects under the National Science and Technology Support Program and 28 projects under the National Natural Science Foundation of China), including the first major international cooperation project of the NSFC to study the mechanism of reservoir operation, the first major support project and cultivation project of the first major research plan of water conservancy discipline, and led the key research and development program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, "Comprehensive Regulation Technology and Application of Rivers, Lakes and Reservoirs in the Songliao Basin".
