The post doctoral workstation of Ningbo Research Institute of Dalian University of Technology was approved to be established in June 2021, which belongs to Zhejiang provincial post doctoral workstation and will jointly recruit post doctoral personnel relying on the mobile station of Dalian University of Technology. 1.Remuneration:
The annual salary shall not be less than 300000 yuan (including local subsidies), the social security and public accumulation fund shall be paid according to local regulations, and the Institute shall support and assist postdoctoral personnel to enjoy relevant talent subsidy policies.
2. Talent dormitory:

1.1 China Postdoctoral Science Foundation:
The natural science funding standard is 120000 yuan for the first class and 80000 yuan for the second class; The social science funding standard is generally 80000 yuan for the first class and 50000 yuan for the second class.
1.2 China Post doctoral Innovative Talent Support Plan:
The state grants 600000 yuan per person for two years, of which 400000 yuan is the daily postdoctoral fund and 200000 yuan is the postdoctoral science fund. The applicant is no older than 31 years old on the application date, and has obtained a full-time doctor's degree for less than 3 years. Recent doctoral graduates are preferred.

Future development
1. Professional title evaluation:
According to the regulations of Zhejiang Province, postdoctoral personnel can directly submit relevant materials to the Zhejiang Provincial Professional and Technical Post Qualification Application and Evaluation Management Service Platform to identify the title of associate researcher.
2. Ascending channel:
Dalian University of Technology will provide dedicated channels for full-time staff of Ningbo Research Institute to obtain the qualification of logging in to the university portal to share information resources on campus, and provide identity authentication for entering and exiting the campus and carrying out relevant work. The incremental teachers introduced by Ningbo Research Institute are included in the unified management of the school's first-class discipline graduate tutors, including the selection of tutors, training, annual dynamic review of enrollment qualifications, and selection of excellent graduate guidance teams.
3. Business establishment:
In April 2021, Ningbo Municipal Science and Technology Bureau issued the "Management Measures of Yongjiang Talent Innovation Institute (Trial)" (draft for comments), which proposes to include the establishment personnel of the Industrial Technology Research Institute into the management of the posts reported by the private sector in Zhejiang Province.
