1、 Recruitment Position

There are 2 people in the General Management Department, 4 people in the Platform and Team Management Department, and 2 people in the Science and Technology Cooperation Department, totaling 8 people. 2、 Basic conditions for application

3、 Remuneration

The management personnel are employed under the contract system, and the salary is composed of basic salary+post performance+incentive performance. The basic salary is determined by reference to the entry salary standard of the business establishment. The post performance is determined according to the standard determined by the Institute. The incentive performance is distributed according to the work performance. The salary income is competitive in the market. The Institute shall pay five insurances and one fund according to Ningbo regulations.
