Announcement on Recruitment of Scientific Research and Technology Posts in 2022 (the second batch)

Ningbo Research Institute of Dalian University of Technology plans to recruit 14 persons for the second batch of scientific research and technical posts in 2022. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

1、 Introduction to the Research Institute

Established in July 2019, Ningbo Research Institute of Dalian University of Technology (hereinafter referred to as "the Institute") is an independent legal person institution jointly organized by Ningbo Municipal People's Government and Dalian University of Technology based on the principle of "complementary advantages, common development, mutual benefit and win-win", based on the collaborative innovation of politics, industry, education and research of both sides, and awarded as a new research and development institution in Zhejiang Province.

The research institute focuses on Ningbo's "246" trillion level industrial cluster, introduces the school's superior discipline direction, gathers world-class talents, sets up a major innovation platform branch of Dalian University of Technology, and has established "high-end equipment and intelligent manufacturing technology", "new materials and molding technology", "green fine chemical and biological medicine technology" Five innovation centers of "major infrastructure construction technology" and "information, software and artificial intelligence technology" and Zhejiang provincial postdoctoral workstation. The five innovation centers form a major innovation platform based on the comprehensive advantages of Dalian University of Technology, such as advantageous disciplines, national key laboratories, and Ningbo's economic industry. With the goal of establishing a national industrial high-quality development booster and a high-end talent gathering base, academicians and well-known experts serve as the chief scientists of the innovation center.

2、 Recruitment posts and requirements

In order to promote the high quality and efficient development of the Institute, the Institute has been recruiting excellent talents at home and abroad for many years. The Institute has publicly recruited 14 full-time scientific researchers in this batch. 3、 Registration conditions

1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the Party's line, principles and policies, and abide by the Constitution and laws;

2. Have the professional quality required by the post, good language expression and communication skills, and be physically and mentally healthy;

3. Have graduate education background; In principle, students at all educational levels are studying in high-level research universities and research institutes at home and abroad, and the age is not more than 40 years old. The age of those with work experience matching the position can be appropriately relaxed;

4. The educational qualifications and degrees registered by Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or overseas students should be certified by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, and the professional names should be consistent with or similar to those in the Recruitment Plan;

5. In addition to meeting the above basic conditions, candidates should also have the professional and other requirements required for the post (see the Recruitment Plan for details);

6. The following personnel shall not register:

(1) Persons who have received criminal punishment or been dismissed from public service;

(2) Those who have not yet lifted the party discipline and political discipline or are under disciplinary review;

(3) Persons suspected of breaking the law or committing a crime who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

(4) Those who have been identified as cheating in the recruitment examination of civil servants and public institutions at all levels or who have dishonest records in applying for the examination, and whose processing period has not expired;

(5) Civil servants and staff of public institutions during the probation period; Dismissal of persons who have been dismissed by government agencies or institutions for less than 5 years;

(6) Non current graduates in school;

4、 Compensation and benefits (income before tax)

1. Full time scientific research personnel are employed under the contract system and sign labor contracts with the Research Institute, which shall pay five insurances and one fund according to Ningbo regulations; Among them, excellent talents in scientific research posts can be assigned to the research institute full-time by Dalian University of Technology.

2. The salary structure is "basic salary+position performance+incentive performance". The annual salary of senior talents (senior high vocational education) is more than 410000 yuan, the annual salary of deputy senior (excellent outbound postdoctoral) is more than 300000 yuan, the annual salary of doctors is more than 220000 yuan, the annual salary of intermediate technical title masters is more than 180000 yuan, and the annual salary of masters is more than 170000 yuan. The research institute provides competitive compensation for national level talents, and the treatment of talents is subject to relevant policies of Ningbo City; Provide research institute settlement fees for personnel with doctor's degree or senior professional title.

3. Scientific research guarantee: The Institute provides first-class scientific research conditions and sufficient scientific research funds.

2. Registration steps

(2) The electronic version of the personal resume and relevant certification materials is edited into a PDF document, which is named "Name+School+Major+Candidate Team+Candidate Position".

Among them, relevant certification materials include the front and back of valid ID cards, graduation certificates from undergraduate to the highest degree, academic degree certificates, electronic registration and filing forms of education certificates of the Ministry of Education, award certificates, skill certificates, professional title certificates, representative papers or other scientific research achievements. The new graduates who have not obtained the graduation certificate or degree certificate for the time being shall provide the Online Verification Report of Student Status of the Ministry of Education issued by Xuexin and the employment recommendation form issued by the university; Overseas students also need to provide the Certificate of Overseas Academic Degrees issued by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

6、 Assessment method

This recruitment includes professional interview and comprehensive interview. The Institute will review the qualification of the application materials according to the application conditions and requirements, select the best candidates and notify the qualified candidates to participate in the interview. 7、 Examination and public recruitment

According to the interview results, the list of candidates for physical examination shall be determined at a ratio of 1:1. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the General Standards for Physical Examination of National Civil Servants (Trial).

Considering the interview, inspection and physical examination comprehensively, the personnel to be employed shall be selected and publicized. The personnel with no objection to the publicity shall sign a labor contract with the Institute after the publicity and go through the entry formalities.

Under any of the following circumstances, the Institute will cancel the employment qualification:

1. Applicants who do not meet the application conditions and falsely report and conceal the application materials;

2. The employee of a work unit fails to issue the certificate of transfer from the original unit or the certificate of termination of labor relations within the time specified by the Institute.

8、 Discipline and supervision
