1、 Employment
1. When can I receive the employment notice after the interview?
A: The employment notice will be issued by mail within one month after the interview. The specific time depends on the situation of the interview judges.
2、 Sign a contract
1. When to sign the labor contract? How long is the contract term? What is the nature of the contract?
Answer: A three-year labor contract is signed on the job and the probation period is six months. Party A of the labor contract is Ningbo Research Institute of Dalian University of Technology (non dispatch system, which will be explained in case of special circumstances).
2. Does the personal file need to be transferred to the research institute?
A: Yes. At present, the archives of the Institute are managed by Jiangbei District Talent Service Center. After signing the labor contract, issue the file transfer letter on the app line of Zheli Office, and submit the file transfer letter to the current file storage place.
3、 Work content and environment
1. Does the work place change frequently? Is it stable?
A: The working place is located at No. 26 Yucai Road, Jiangbei District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province (Ningbo Research Institute of Dalian University of Technology). It will arrange visits to enterprises, business trips and other tasks according to different situations of different posts, but will not change places and posts frequently.
2. Are experimental posts, scientific research posts and technology development posts affiliated to innovation teams or research institutes? How are job responsibilities and tasks allocated?
A: The Institute conducts task management and indicator assessment for each innovation team. The team leader assigns the responsibilities and tasks of team members according to the overall tasks and indicators of the team. At the same time, team members are assessed by the team and the Institute according to the performance of their posts and tasks. All teams and posts belong to Ningbo Research Institute of Dalian University of Technology.
3. Does the scientific research post have individual scientific research funds?
Answer: If the research direction of the researchers is consistent with that of the team, the research funds will be allocated and used by the team. If the research direction is inconsistent with the team, you can apply to the research institute or team. All funds for the team are provided by the Institute.
4. Does the research institute have an additional incentive mechanism for publishing articles on vertical subjects obtained, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China? How much is the management fee charged by the research institute for the horizontal subjects obtained?
A: The Institute has awards for the approved national major and key projects, as well as for the top journals with the most academic influence (journal impact factor IF>10, or the top 3% IF of ISI-JCR journals in all disciplines). For horizontal projects, the management fee charged by the research institute is 12% (including tax).
5. Can the staff of the Institute enroll postgraduate, doctoral and postdoctoral students in Dalian University of Technology every year? If so, how many seats?
A: The Academy will apply within the time specified by Dalian University of Technology in accordance with the selection procedure for doctoral (master) tutors. The number of postgraduates generally needs to be determined according to the requirements of disciplines, such as research topics or funding standards (relevant issues need to be determined, and the research institute will try its best to strive for a specific number).
6. What is the professional title evaluation system of the Institute?
Answer: As an independent legal person and public institution under the jurisdiction of Ningbo, the Institute needs to prepare materials to apply for professional title assessment in Zhejiang Province, and the Institute will recommend the quota.

4、 Salary
1. How is the salary system of the Institute formed?
Answer: The on-the-job personnel are employed under the contract system. The salary is composed of post salary+salary scale salary+basic performance+incentive performance. The performance (including basic performance and incentive performance) is determined according to the standard determined by the Institute. Answer: The annual salary of senior talents (senior high vocational students) is more than 410000 yuan, the annual salary of deputy senior (excellent postdoctoral students) is more than 300000 yuan, the annual salary of doctors is more than 220000 yuan, and the annual salary of masters is more than 170000 yuan. The annual salary is pre tax income, which depends on the amount of tax paid.
3. How to pay various bonuses at the end of the year?
Answer: At the end of the year, thirteen salaries, performance awards and annual special awards will be paid according to the personal assessment quota at the end of the year.
4. What is the specific proportion of five insurances and one fund?
A: The Institute strictly abides by the national standards, and pays enterprise endowment insurance, medical insurance, work-related injury insurance, maternity insurance, unemployment insurance, and housing fund for its employees. The housing provident fund is 12% for the unit and 12% for the individual.
5. Is there a talent subsidy?
A: The newly introduced senior talents (senior high vocational students), deputy senior (excellent postdoctoral students) and doctors of the Institute will be given 600000 yuan, 350000 yuan and 250000 yuan of relocation subsidies respectively, which will be distributed over five years. 5、 Accommodation
1. Does the institute provide accommodation? How about the accommodation environment?
A: If the personnel outside Ningbo can not solve the accommodation problem temporarily, they can apply for the graduate dormitory of the graduate school as a temporary transition. The dormitory standard is 2 persons/room and 3 persons/room.
2. Does the institute provide breakfast, lunch and dinner?
A: Employees can choose to have lunch in Jiangbei District Administrative Service Center in the form of buffet. Breakfast and lunch will be provided by the Institute, and dinner will be paid by themselves. Meals: 6 yuan for breakfast, 25 yuan for lunch and 6 yuan for dinner. No meals are provided on weekends.
6、 Vacation
1. Is there a double rest day? What are the working days?
A: According to the national regulations, employees enjoy statutory holidays and weekends every week. The working days are 8:30-17:00, of which 11:30-13:30 are lunch breaks.
2. How to arrange the annual leave of the Institute?
Answer: According to national regulations, employees who have worked for more than one year but less than 10 years in total will take 5 days of annual leave; 10 days of annual leave for those who have been over 10 years but less than 20 years; 15 days of annual leave for those who have completed 20 years.
